TRANSPARENCY & ACCOUNTIBILITY

          All  taxpaying  citizens of each state and the federal government should have the ability to easily access all laws and legislation that are currently in force. This should be done with a  GOOGLE  like  computer  search engine where the average  person  can type any  subject  and find  all  the information associated  with it. This goes  for all  new legislation  being proposed  and all legislation being amended to this----all of which should be done at the exact time its being done to allow citizens an opportunity to find out what our politicians are doing while they are doing it, so the political process doesn't start and stop at the voting booth. Along with  laws and legislation, their should be a similar search engine to track every single tax dollar. Where every penny comes from and where every penny goes to. The Internal Revenue Service demands that from us, Its about TIME, we demand that from them. All of this can easily be done and wouldn't require a large amount of money to implement or maintain. With TOTAL transparency, will come total responsibility. It is the right of every taxpayer to know just exactly where every penny goes---right down to the individual/business/project. . This should eliminate a lot of government waste and other wasteful projects(bridge to no where) and other wasteful programs(you name it).  It is the responsibility of our government to provide us with all the public information in a simple way that doesn't take the average person  weeks on end to find out, not to mention jumping thru a bunch of hoops to get it.  Citizens should be able to make a decision not on the words of the politician, or the SPIN of the media , but on the unbiased, uninfluenced FACTS.  Its time to get with the 21st century and the information age and its something the founding fathers of the constitution would have wanted if they had the technology then.
